Annaghdown GAA Club Indoor Hurling
Indoor hurling will commence next Saturday in Corrandulla hall. Indoor hurling is a very enjoyable activity which uses soft balls and special hurley’s with a plastic bas while the children all wear a helmet with a face guard making it a very safe activity.
- There will be four sessions every week from next Saturday January 28th to April 8th with each session consisting of forty-five minutes action.
- In order to aid supervision we are asking that parents of each family will make themselves available on ONE Saturday beginning on Saturday week February 4th.
- Any parent that wants to help out on a weekly basis are more than welcome to do so. No experience in hurling is necessary, just loads of patience with the children.
- Children are asked to have runners and tracksuit and to bring their own helmet if they have one. A limited supply of helmets will be available for loan on the day.
- The cost will be €20 for ten weeks and this covers the juvenile membership of the GAA club for 2006. Membership forms can be downloaded from our website and will also be available on Saturday mornings. Payment is due next Saturday January 28th
- The times are as follows Under 7’s at 10.00am, 8 year olds at 10.45am, 9 year olds at 11.30am and 10 year olds at 12.15pm.
